We offer psychotherapy, psychological and neuropsychological assessment (testing), clinical supervision, and a comprehensive range of consultation services.
You can either use the contact form on our home page or reach out to us through Psychology Today (Dr. Blanchard / Dr. Holbrook). We’d be happy to set up a free initial call to discuss how we can best support you.
Our comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluation services are designed to meet your unique needs. Whether you want to determine if you are eligible for learning accommodations for school or standardized exams (e.g,. LSAT, MCAT, etc.), or if you suspect you may have a learning disability or neurodevelopmental concerns (e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, etc.) or complex diagnostic questions related to a mental health condition (e.g., OCD, mood disorder, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorder, etc.), we can help. We can also help distinguish normal age-related decline versus Alzheimer’s Disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. If you have questions about the way you think, feel, relate, or function, feel free to reach out and we can let you know if we think this service may be right for you.
Every evaluation depends on the referral question, the depth/complexity involved, and the number of in-person testing sessions required. For most, this process typically takes 6-to-8 weeks from start to finish. For time-sensitive needs, expedited service may be possible. Please inquire.
We are not paneled directly with any insurance provider. However, this allows for greater flexibility and discretion, shorter wait times, and fully customized care. For those who wish to submit claims for reimbursement using their out-of-network benefits on their insurance plan, we are able to provide superbills. Please feel free to ask us more about this process.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check. Unless arranged otherwise, payment is due at the time of service. In order to make services affordable, sliding scale pricing or payment plans may be available for a limited number of clients. For enterprise customers, we also offer custom payment terms and invoicing options.
Our office is located in Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. However, we do offer telehealth options for those living in New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Michigan..
We are experienced providers who have seen and heard a lot in our careers, yet we still approach our work with curious minds, humility, and a willingness to meet you where you are. We are not AI chatbots, we do not adhere to a large corporate model, and you are a person who matters, so the care you receive will reflect that. The truth is, it’s hard to know when you have found the “right fit.” Therefore, we strongly encourage that you do your own research, ask questions, and determine what works best for you. We are here to help you along the way. For more on each of our services, please visit our Therapy, Assessment, and Consultation pages. For everything else, please feel free to contact us through the form on our home page.
